Tullius est [et Tullius non est Cicero]: OSU's Next QB: Glass Half Full?

Unlike my ancient predecessor, this Tullius hasn't had his hands chopped off. With hands attached I offer my thoughts on philosophy, religion, politics, and whatever else I find worth mentioning. I'm conservative religiously and politically (with libertarian leanings). I value reason and freedom but also traditions and "Oldthink." I relish being on the wrong side of history when history is wrong--part of a philosopher's job is to be unpopular. (Views given here may not represent my employers')

OSU's Next QB: Glass Half Full?

Cardale Jones's infamous tweet is making the rounds again.

As a Buckeye fan I can choose to look at this in one of two ways. (1) Our 3rd string QB and now starter is clearly an idiot. (2) He's not been wasting his time studying anything OTHER THAN FOOTBALL so we're about to make the playoffs. I choose the latter!

Another idiot QB from Ohio State. How (not) surprising.

Don't get too hopeful, Tullius. Even if your boy hadn't gotten hurt, the (awful) Thin Ten champions (if they were lucky enough to beat the mighty Wisconsin - hahahaha) wouldn't deserve a spot in the top four.
